These are some of the quick projects
that I have done for myself or others.
A deck addition from 2001.
I made this with leftover "scraps" from the deck. Many a hot summer afternoon were spent swinging the hours away.
This is a replica of the Declaration frame from the movie "National Treasure". It is hanging in my office and it is one of my favorite pieces.
While I have made probably 30 frames, this is one of my favorites. It's a combination of the wood and matt colors that really appeals to me.
The hideaway bench. Up until I permanantly converted the garage into a workshop I had to have a sturdy bench that I could fold up to park the cars in the garage.
A VERY old upright piano, manufactured in 1908, was in the family for many years. It was a case of discarding it or ripping it apart for the wood. The top is made from the piano "Deck" (under the keyboard) and the main posts at each of the corners make up the legs.
The refinished bench from the aforementioned piano.
